Items purchased on SALE are ALWAYS FINAL SALE!
1. Request Exchange - email us at within 1 week of receiving your item. Include the order # in the subject of the email with the reason for the exchange. The delivery confirmation will be used as the delivery date.
2. Exchange Approval - you will receive an approval for exchange within 48 hours of receiving your request. Please do not return before receiving our approval.
3. Re-package your item - We can only accept items that are in new condition with tags and packaging in place.
4. Ship your return - Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs and tracking, unless the item was damaged in production.
